Payment & Fee Information:
Initial Consultation
We will give all clients an initial consultation, to help you decide whether Vance Mental Health Services is the right provider for you. This also gives you the oppurtunity to see how comfortable you are with us.
Insurance
We will work with you to help you use your insurance. If you have out-of-network benefits, we will generate a bill and assist you in submitting it to your insurance company. Sometimes your co-pay may actually be less for "out of network" service than it would be for services with an in-network provider.
Self-pay
We will provide service to those who chose to pay directly for services. For example, some people find the insurance process inconvenient because of location or quality of providers within their network. Others, like the self-employed, may choose to simply buy services as they need.
When you call (301-848-0461) we will discuss our full range of services and payment options, including payment plans and insurance options.
As is typical in medical practices, copayments and fees are expected at the time of service.
We now accept payment by Credit and Debit cards!
